Domestic airport waiting: 30 minutes included
Domestic flight arrivals include 30 minutes beginning at the flight’s recorded landing time. After that grace period, waiting is charged at $2 per minute until the passenger meets the chauffeur, the trip is canceled, or the reservation is treated as a no-show.
Provide an accurate flight number and remain reachable. Without a usable flight number, waiting may begin at the scheduled pickup time in the confirmation.
Cancellation and no-show terms
A cancellation less than 24 hours before pickup is non-refundable, and a no-show is non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Is cruise monitoring automatic?
