Seattle Airport to Vancouver Cruise Terminal

My husband and I cannot say enough good things about this company. It is why I am taking the time now to write this so that others hear about them and choose to use their service. We live in Mount Vernon WA. We sit about 56 miles from the Canadian border. We planned our first cruise from Vancouver BC, with Windstar cruise line. Deciding how we would get to Vancouver BC became very difficult. We lived too close to fly there. Parking our car for 2 weeks in Canada was too expensive and on top of that, trying to find a place to trust to do so was causing us grief. Our local bus company couldn’t fit our luggage needs nor could Amtrak. After calling cab companies, who couldn’t help us, we call Metro Elite Transfer. Even tho they are located 40 miles north of us, nearer to Canada than us, I tried them. I am so glad I did. From the first phone call, the staff member was polite, accommodating and assured me they could pick us up from the door of our home to the hotel we booked in Vancouver BC to stay overnight before our cruise ship was set to sail. The date was set, a nominal deposit was taken with a Visa card, and our worries were laid to rest. We received an email detailing our reservation and that was a very nice touch. The day of our departure came and our driver, Sarah, was at our home even 15 minutes before the time we asked to leave. To us, being early is greatly appreciated. The car Sarah came to drive us in was very nice, extremely comfortable and roomy. Sarah placed all 7 of our luggage pieces into the trunk of her car and we were off. Sarah was so amiable and a great conversationalist. She explained the process of crossing the USA border into Canada to us and it all went without a hitch. This company can use the commercial lane to their advantage and avoid the longer commuter lines. Sarah was also a very good driver and used all her skills to navigate the busy city of Vancouver BC. Traffic is always crazy there yet Sarah calmly and professionally eased thru all the congestion perfectly. She was so easy to talk to and made the 2 hour drive seem like a short time. Sarah took us to our hotel, unloaded all our bags, and made sure we were taken care of by the hotel porters. We paid for our ride using our Visa, which was helpful. Sarah made everything easy. We also had made prior arrangements for Metro Elite Transfer to take us home the day we arrived back into Port from our cruise to Alaska. We hoped Sarah would be our driver again. While we were in Alaska, we had to call Metro Elite Transfer to make some minor changes to our arrival plans. The staff member recognized my phone number and greeted me by name! So friendly and nice! The changes were made quickly and again, I received an email confirmation of all I spoke about on the phone. The day we arrived back from the cruise, Sarah was early to pick us up and take us home. We were so happy to see her and not have to wait with all our luggage! Again, Sarah loaded our much heavier luggage into her car, and we were off for home!! Sarah saw that the border traffic was heavier getting back into the states, so she chose a lane to our advantage. We had no issues at all. My husband fell asleep in the backseat while Sarah and I chatted away! She made the trip home a very pleasant memory. She drove us right back into our driveway, unloaded our bags, and got paid again with our Visa. I then gave her a big hug and we waved goodbye! Metro Elite Transfer made everything seamless and easy for us. Their care and attention to all our needs was beyond expectations. Great service from the pick-up at Swedish Hospital in Seattle after my wife's surgery for Hip Fracture, to Vancouver Cruise terminal to embark on the Ruby Princess for out trip home to New Zealand. Very friendly and helpful driver and trip covered in less than three and a half hours. Would recommend Metro Elite Transfer.

Four of us needed transportation from the Seattle Airport to Vancouver and then back to Seattle after our cruise. We chose Metro Elite Transfer and could not have been more pleased with the service and the timeliness of our pick ups both in Seattle and in Vancouver. Our driver (same for both trips) was excellent, very friendly, and we would highly recommend him.

I rented a SUV suburban for my husband and friends - we went on a cruise and the 5 of us needed a chauffeured transportation. Since we landed at SeaTac, we used Metro Elite Transfer to Vancouver peers where our ship was harbored. We paid $590 which is around $120 each, and that was a bargain for such a lengthy ride. Car had plenty of room for all our luggage, drive was pleasant and all in all it was a nice experience.

We had a cancelled cruise that had us stuck in Vancouver. We worked and worked to find reasonable transpo to Seattle and came across Metro Elite Transfer. John picked us up, there were 6 of us! Plus a ton a luggage. I am a wheelchair user and John made sure that when we stopped both times that my wheelchair was the first thing out and ready for me. He was so gracious and accommodating. I would highly recommend.

We were a little nervous about taking a limo service from the Port of Vancouver cruise terminal to downtown Seattle. We were pleasantly surprised to find such a fantastic service by Metro Elite Transfer. Their communication and follow up was excellent. The best part, was Brian, the fantastic driver who got us picked up, stopped for a requested Rest Area bathroom break off I-5, and delivered us safely to our Airbnb in Seattle. Amazing service from start to finish! I accidentally brought an old passport to my layover and was forced to reroute to Seattle instead of Vancouver. While scrambling mid-flight with spotty WiFi to arrange transportation, their team maintained excellent communication through multiple emails and made the process incredibly smooth. My driver, Tom, was phenomenal. He was already waiting for me at baggage claim when I arrived, and throughout the 5-hour drive he was professional, friendly, and attentive. He thoughtfully managed traffic, the border crossing, and well-timed stops for snacks and drinks, all while prioritizing my comfort. The vehicle itself was clean, comfortable, and in great condition. What could have been a very stressful situation turned into a seamless and enjoyable experience. I even arrived in Whistler only about 1.5 hours behind my friends who flew directly into Vancouver. Metro Elite Transfer and the gang were awesome. Our flight to Vancouver was canceled within 24 hours notice and they hooked it up by driving 11 of us from the Seattle airport to Vancouver on 12 hours notice. When we got an earlier flight to Seattle, they accommodated us and bumped up the pickup time by 9 hours with no hassle. Made our travels sooo much better

My husband and I recently hired Metro Elite Transfer to drive us from SeaTac Airport to the Canadian Border. Our driver, Bill, texted me on arrival and met us at the baggage claim area. Although we were originally scheduled for drop off at the border Bill told us it had recently become possible to drive us to our home in Vancouver. That was easily arranged on route. Bill was pleasant, efficient, patient and extremely helpful. The whole experience with this company was positive and I would recommend it to anyone.
