SEA’s rental companies operate from a separate rental-car facility. The airport provides dedicated shuttle buses between baggage claim and that facility; Metro Elite does not operate or sell this airport shuttle.

Where do you catch the SEA rental-car shuttle?
After baggage claim, go outside to the lower drive. SEA currently lists two rental-shuttle pickup areas: one at the north end near Alaska Airlines and one at the south end near the international airlines. The airport describes the ride to the off-site facility as about five minutes.
2. Choose the north or south pickup
Follow current airport signs and staff direction. Construction or operating changes can override an older web description.
3. Finish rental paperwork off-site
Rental counters and vehicle pickup are at the separate facility. Reservation, insurance, fuel, toll, parking, and return questions belong to the rental company.
Accessibility: SEA says rental shuttles have ramps and wheelchair securements. Contact the airport and rental company for current assistance and vehicle arrangements.
