Where do public buses stop at Seattle Airport?
King County Metro routes serving SEA stop on International Boulevard and South 176th Street near SeaTac/Airport Link Station. From the terminal, use the north end of parking-garage level 4, continue toward the Link station, and cross the pedestrian bridge to International Boulevard. The Port says the bridge is open 24 hours.
Sound Transit routes can use different locations. Current Port guidance lists routes 560 and 574 at the south end of the main terminal’s lower drive, while Night Bus 570 uses International Boulevard and South 176th Street. Verify the route, stop, direction, and service alert for the actual travel date.
Add terminal walking time
A bus stop near Link Station is not the airline counter. Add the bridge, garage, terminal, bag-drop, security, and gate movement.
Work backward from the flight
Use the airline deadline, transfers, expected walking pace, bags, service alerts, and a missed-bus contingency before choosing departure.
When is a private ride a better fit than the bus?
A bus can be the right value when its stop and timetable fit. Compare a private ride when several bags, children, child seats, mobility equipment, an early or late flight, multiple passengers, a remote pickup, or a fixed deadline makes transfers harder.
